Become A Volunteer Firefighter
The Angleton Volunteer Fire Department takes pride in showing up — day or night, rain or shine. Last year, we responded to nearly 1,000 calls, from house fires and accidents to medical emergencies. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we signed up for — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Join the Angleton Volunteer Fire Department
Now, we’re looking for more folks from the community to join us as a volunteer firefighter.
We’re launching a new effort to bring in volunteer members who want to make a difference. You don’t need experience. We provide the training, the gear, and the support. All we ask is that you’re willing to show up when someone needs help.
Volunteering comes with:
- Pay per call
- Full training (no cost to you)
- Gear and equipment provided
- Retirement benefits
- Skills you can use in everyday life
As Angleton grows, so does the need for dependable responders. If you’ve ever thought about stepping in to help, now’s a good time to raise your hand.
We’ve got your back. And we’d be proud to have you on the team.
