This year marks 25 years since September 11, 2001 — a day that forever changed our nation and one we have promised to never forget.![]()

Beginning today, the Angleton Fire Department invites our community to join us at Station 1, 221 N. Chenango St., as we create a special 343 Flags of Remembrance memorial.![]()

🇺🇸 Take a flag. Place a flag. Remember a hero.![]()

Our goal is to place 343 American flags on the grounds of Station 1 in remembrance of the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on ![]()
September 11, 2001.![]()

We encourage you to stop by with your family, bring your children, place a flag, and take a moment to pay your respects. Twenty-five years later, it is our responsibility to continue remembering their sacrifice and to teach the generations who came after us why ![]()

✨What advice would you give someone wanting to become a firefighter?: Get comfortable being uncomfortable. If you don’t ever leave your comfort zone you’ll never grow and adapt![]()

💭Favorite Memory: “Every single time I brought Logan (my son) to the fire station or did anything fire department related with him. His face always lights up like it’s the first time seeing a fire truck. I will always cherish those moments.”![]()

🎣 What do you do when you’re not responding?: “I love spending time with my son and I enjoy running especially throughout different trails and roads in Brazoria county. ![]()

⭐ Fun Fact: He is currently in the Advanced EMT program and loves running and competing in spartan races when they are happening. His goal is to get the trifecta spartan for the year which is the 5k, 10k and 21k in 1 year.![]()
